We produce a wide range of traditional, flavoured cheeses that can be tailored to our customers every need. We still retain our traditional cheese making methods, producing small batches that are hand waxed for a handcrafted, artisan feel and taste.

It is our traditional craft methods that give our fresh cheese its distinctive character. For a clean, handmade taste we use only locally sourced English and Welsh milk.

We are able to develop new, bespoke cheeses of the highest quality using fresh and locally sourced ingredients where possible to produce strong, distinctive flavours.

To optimise our products value all our cheeses are nitrogen gas flushed for an extended shelf life.
