Goats cheese. It’s where everything started. And although our product range and capacity have increased since those early days, our original recipes remain remarkably unchanged. Perhaps that’s the secret to our success. Using traditional cheesemaking methods inspired by the original chevre produced in France and Holland, our cheese is both authentic and artisan.
For us, freshness is everything. So we only source our ingredients locally. And over the years we have developed strong and successful relationships with our team of local farmers, who supply us with the highest quality milk on a daily basis. Within 24 hours, that milk has been turned into cheese and is ready to be shipped.
It doesn’t get much fresher than that.
