Local sourcing is important to us. It’s good for the local economy, it’s good for the planet, and it’s the best way to guarantee the quality and freshness we’re known for.  We operate to a domestic sourcing policy, so wherever possible we only source local ingredients. Where that’s not possible, we only use approved BRC certified suppliers. We have long-standing relationships with 11 Welsh farms, that supply milk exclusively to us. We do the right thing when it comes to animal welfare too. It’s important to us that our farmers treat their goats to the highest standard. Because we simply wouldn’t have it any other way. All of our farmers are accredited to the KIWA Goat Farmers Daily Scheme, through which they are certified and visited every 12 to 18 months. And we audit them every year too. Just to make sure each and every goat is taken care of and has the best possible quality of life.
