Our fully integrated food safety and management system based on HACCP enables us to identify, evaluate and control hazards in the entire production process. We work with the Health and Safety Executive to continuously improve our processes and procedures, and we invest in training, so that all managers benefit from IOSH courses, with some advancing to NEBOSH.

Our low-risk factory is built to the highest possible standards, with additional high-care elements that go beyond what you’d expect. The Fiix maintenance system provides efficient reporting and fixing when equipment problems arise, so issues can be resolved safely, quickly and with minimal disruption to production.

COVID-19 Statement

We will continue to adapt and evolve to ensure we provide a safe working environment whilst continuing to provide our customers with quality, timely products. We are committed to follow guidance under Regulation 7A of the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2020 to take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of our staff and visitors. We continuously monitor Government Guidelines and we have control measures in place, such as: signage, floor markings, PPE, physical shielding, temperature testing, home working and staggered shift patterns as detailed in our Company risk assessment and COVID-19 Policy. We ensure that staff are fully informed through regular team briefs and the weekly risk assessment review.
