Pant-Ys-Gawn goats cheese is distinctly fresh and creamy. That’s because it’s only ever made from the finest, freshest Welsh goats milk. We’re fussy like that. It’s hand-crafted using traditional cheesemaking methods inspired by the original chevre produced in France and Holland. We’ve been making it that way for 40 years, and it’s what gives our cheese its distinctive flavour and character.
